We keep this short and plain. It explains what happens to your data when you use cyberfactory.dev.

In this policy, “we” means Cyber Factory SRL. We are the controller of your personal data under the GDPR.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send the form we receive your name, work email, company (optional) and your message. If you choose to include them, we also receive the figures from the savings calculator. We use this only to answer you and to prepare the free automation review you asked for. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Savings calculator. It runs in your browser. We do not receive your numbers unless you tick “Include my calculator figures” and send the form.
Email. If you write to us at hello@cyberfactory.dev, we use your email address and message to reply. The legal basis is the same as for the contact form.
Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting servers record technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type in server logs. We need this to deliver the site securely and to stop abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Our hosting provider keeps these logs for a short period.
Spam protection. The contact form limits how many messages one IP address can send per hour. This count is held temporarily in server memory and is not stored in our database.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so your browser does not contact third parties when it loads our pages. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who receives your data
Only service providers that help us run the site, under data processing agreements. They host the website and database and send email: TODO: PRIVACY_PROVIDERS. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
TODO: PRIVACY_DATA_LOCATION. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for TODO: PRIVACY_RETENTION and then delete them. If we start working together, we keep the records we must keep by law, for example for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- show you the data we hold about you,
- correct it or delete it,
- restrict how we use it,
- give you a copy you can move elsewhere,
- stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interest.
Write to hello@cyberfactory.dev. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based on automated processing or profiling.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Access to our database is limited to the people who need it. We collect only what the contact form needs.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
