Cyber Factory is a small senior software team. We help small and mid-sized businesses (10-200 employees), mainly in Europe, remove repetitive work, build the tools they need and move off slow systems. Clients choose the cloud or their own servers, so their data stays under their control.

- **Fast Migrations:** Already running a system? We move you from any platform at a fixed scope and price, with minimal downtime.

## How we work
- Free automation review, then an audit and roadmap (the audit fee is credited toward the build), then a pilot, then scale and support.
- Fixed scope and fixed price. We agree the numbers before we start and report against them.

## Common questions
- **What is AI automation for a business?** It means software that does repetitive work for your team, such as answering common customer questions, handling documents, following up leads and building reports. Your people then focus on customers and decisions.
- **Which businesses do you work with?** Small and mid-sized businesses with 10 to 200 employees, mainly in Europe, where a lot of work is still done by hand: logistics, accounting, real estate, clinics, e-commerce, manufacturing, recruitment, legal and insurance.
- **What does it cost?** The review is free. After it you get a fixed-scope proposal, so you know the price before we start. We price on the value of the result, not on hours.
- **Do we need to replace our current systems?** No. We connect to what you already use. If a system is holding you back, we migrate you at a fixed scope and price.
- **Where does our data go?** Your choice: the cloud, or your own servers. With your own servers, AI runs inside your environment and your data stays with you.
- **Will this replace our people?** The goal is to remove the repetitive work, so your team spends its time on customers and decisions.
- **We are not technical. Is that a problem?** No. We explain things in plain language and handle the technical parts.
- **How do we know it worked?** We agree the numbers before we start, such as hours, costs and response times, and report against them.
